1. Overview
At Nature's Home, we stand behind the purity and quality of every jar we sell. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and returns are handled, ensuring a fair experience for our customers.
2. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order
- Orders that have already been packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled
- To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp or email with your Booking ID
3. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The product received is damaged or leaking
- The wrong product was shipped
- The seal was tampered with at the time of delivery
- The order was cancelled before dispatch
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear unboxing photos/videos showing the issue and the shipping label.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage
- Claims raised after 48 hours from delivery
- Change of mind or taste preferences (honey is a natural product with subtle variations)
- Orders where delivery was refused without valid reason
5. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at yournatureshome@gmail.com with photos within 48 hours. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
6. Refund Process & Timelines
Once your refund is approved after verification:
- Online Payments: Refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 business days after sharing your account details.
- You will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp/email once the refund is initiated.
Note: Bank processing times may add 2–3 additional business days depending on your provider.
7. Return Conditions
- Product must be unopened and in original packaging
- All seals, labels, and tags must be intact
- Return shipping is arranged by Nature's Home for eligible damaged/wrong orders
- We do not accept returns for self-initiated reasons (change of mind, taste, etc.)
8. How to Raise a Refund Request
To request a cancellation or refund:
